HCL Learning Development Center (HLDC), which operates out of Mumbai, has 130 full-time resources in its skill-group based development team for developing custom content and K-12 products content. The curriculum, instructional and visual design teams work with educationists, industry experts & consultants such as ex-NCERT professionals for evaluating and updating the curriculum on the basis of market & customer feedback. HLDC plays an instrumental role to devise the right strategy for content through continued market feedback, research and social media platforms.
